CHILFORD HALL VINEYARDS
Visit one of England's oldest established vineyards. Situated amongst the rolling chalk hills of the Cambridgeshire downs, only 10 minutes from Bartlow, the estate is a consistent producer of high-quality award-wining wines.

DUXFORD IMPERIAL WAR MUSEUM
IWM Duxford is Europe's largest air museum, housing an extraordinary collection of historic aircraft. The airfield has a history that stretches back to the First World War. Walk through the same hangars and buildings as those who served at RAF Duxford.

AUDLEY END HOUSE AND GARDENS
Explore this decadent Jacobean mansion house and meet the staff in the Victorian Service Wing. Enjoy stunning views across the unspoilt Essex countryside and wander the tranquil gardens created by ‘Capability’ Brown, gold winner of Anglia in Bloom Awards 2017. Then gallop across to see the horses in the Victorian stable yard, and run, jump and climb in the children’s play area.

SAFFRON WALDEN
Saffron Walden is a picturesque, medieval town, in north-west Essex, just 15 miles south of Cambridge. It has a rich heritage of old buildings reflecting its wealth as a rural market town.

WIMPOLE HALL
A wonderful National Trust property right on our doorstep, with a fabulous animal farm for the children. A great day out for the whole family.

NEWMARKET
Home of British Thoroughbred racing, and only 15 minutes away. Get up early and watch early morning exercise on the gallops, or visit the famous horseracing museum.

ELY CATHEDRAL
Ely Cathedral, with its unique 14th century octagonal lantern tower, is counted among the marvels of the medieval world. Much of the cathedral is over 900 years old and it offers a rich architectural history, including the sumptuous 13th century Quire and beautiful 14th century Lady Chapel.
